16th Annual New Year's Noon!

5, 4,3,2,1 Happy Noon Year! Many children miss out on the fun and excitement of the New Year’s Countdown tradition at midnight. The Children’s Museum of Acadiana has an event just for them! On Monday, December 31, 2012 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. join hundreds of families and friends as the Children’s Museum of Acadiana celebrates its 16th Annual New Year’s Noon Carnival & Countdown.

The Carnival will consist of many outdoor game booths, crafts and face painting; as well as the existing exhibits housed inside the CMA. Come try your strength on our high striker, or fish out a catch of the day, make noise makers and lariats, and enjoy some kiddie cuisine! There will be several ball & prize drop locations inside the museum for the Happy Noon Year Celebration! You won’t want to miss the only New Year’s event for children in the Acadiana area! We can’t wait to countdown to 2013 with you!

Admission is $6 per person and .25 cents a ticket for outdoor carnival games, crafts and food. Interested in sponsorships or volunteering please email publicrelations@cmalaf.org.
