Throughout the field trip, students will use a map to navigate their way through the exhibits, finding where to go first, and where they will go next. The activities in each exhibit are not only fun, but are aligned with educational standards for preschool students (Common Core State Standards). During their visit students become community helpers through Touch by pretending to be doctors, cashiers, customers, architects and other professionals while playing in the exhibits. They will Look for shapes, colors and letters in each exhibit through a scavenger hunt, and will Listen to a book being read to them and complete an art project based on the book.
