Cub Scout Saturday (Nutrition)

The scouts will learn about healthy habits. They will explore healthy foods, the difference between fruits and vegetables, the food pyramid, nutrition labels, and the importance of exercise. The scouts will visit the food pyramid to sort the foods into the correct categories, the café to take turns ordering and preparing healthy foods, the grocery store to learn to read nutrition labels and select healthy foods, and to the health gallery to learn a daily exercise routine.

Belt Loops- $10

            Academic Pin- $11

            Belt Loop & Academic Pin- $12

            If your scout wears his full uniform you will receive $1 discount for any of the programs.

            Siblings pay museum admission fee of $5.

            Chaperones pay $3.

            Chaperones must be of age 15 or older and willing to help and participate in program.
